REFERENCE LIBRARY

Resources

A curated collection of videos and other materials that reinforce concepts explored in Practical Sobriety.

The book brings the ideas together into one structured approach. This library provides additional perspectives from specialists, educators and creators whose work may help you explore particular subjects in greater depth.

How to use this section

The book first. Supporting material second.

The resources are arranged around the main concepts and stages of the book. They are intended to support the central reading journey rather than replace it.

You do not need to work through everything. Choose the material that relates most closely to the question, concept or stage that currently matters to you.

This section will remain selective. Material that is repetitive, distracting or unrelated to the central purpose of Practical Sobriety will not be included simply to make the library appear larger.

Library sections

Explore by subject

The library follows the same broad progression as the book: understanding, strategy and practical recovery.

About the material

Curated, not created by Practical Sobriety

Many of the videos and other resources linked or embedded in this library were produced by independent third parties.

Their inclusion does not imply ownership, formal partnership or complete agreement with everything expressed by their creators. They are included because particular parts may help explain, illustrate or extend concepts discussed in the book.

Credit and links to the original source should accompany every embedded item.

A focused library

Useful material without unnecessary noise

The previous version of this project contained a much broader collection of material. This version is deliberately narrower.

Financial content, coaching offers and subjects that stray too far from sobriety, recovery and the central concepts of the book are not part of the current site.

Additional sections can be introduced later if they prove genuinely useful. The structure is designed to expand without requiring the library to appear complete from the beginning.

Start with the foundation

Read Part One: Clarity

The library is most useful when the concepts are already understood within the structure of the book.
